Turbot

Turbot is an exquisite, highly-prized flat fish with great flavour and a firm texture. It has no scales but sports bony tubercles on the dark side of its body.

Turbot has a strong flavour that requires little accompaniment and, due to its ability to retain moisture during cooking, it doesn’t dry out easily. An ideal seafood for cooking at large functions. We can prepare this fish in any way you require.

  • 3-4kg
  • 4-5kg

Fish in Season:

At it’s most plentiful April to August, but at it’s best from September to February.
