Sardines

Sardines (often called Pilchards) are a small, oily fish packed with Omega-3 oils. They have a great-tasting meaty texture, ideal for barbecuing or as part of a salad or entrée. Grades vary between 80g and 150g.

We prepare Sardines in the following ways:

  • Whole (no preparation)
  • Filleted
  • Butterfly Filleted
  • Headed and gutted

We also sell frozen Whole Portuguese Sardines when Cornish fish are out of season.

February to April and June to October.
